The theme this month is on longevity and healing through balance, particularly on creating an inner balance through nutrition, and good lifestyle choices. Traditional medical systems acknowledge that illnesses and imbalances start in the body's energy field. When we do any kind of spiritual practice or relaxing activity we are positively enhancing our health. Western medicine is now confirming this - when the body is over-acidic disease sets in. Good health requires an alkaline pH. This can be achieved through nutrition, and through the management of stress. In this edition we explore these issues, looking particularly at anti-aging medicine, some causes of over-acidity, ways of managing stress, and nutrition in cancer healing. We also present an article by Dr Ralph Moss on the possible cancer risk of mobile phones, and an article to help you through the new year by setting realistic 'intentions'.

We also take a look at the 'Emotional Freedom Technique', 'Being Spiritual' and 'Yogic Eating' . Also, our coming guest speaker international author Sherrill Sellman writes on 'The Physiology of the Hormones'.
