1st Prize - Rick Hart Bonanza
This promotion runs from 30 April 2010 - 30 May 2010. Products must be chosen and invoiced on one tax invoice. This promotion excludes purchase(s) made on agency products including Apple iPod, Asko, Falcon, Gaggenau, Jenn-Air, Miele, DeDietrich and Neff products. No further discounts applicable. Not in conjunction with any other offer. Applies to advertising and ticketed pricing. No applicable on prize match or other discount offers. The Rick Hart offer is not redeemable for cash. No change will be given and it is up to the winner to use the full value within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited. Redeemable only at participating Rick Hart stores. Excludes Franchise, Albany, Katanning and Broome stores. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available balance the winner will be required to make up the difference with an alternative form of payment. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by the customer. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2nd Prize - South Pacific Cruise
Prize is subject to availability and not valid for travel in peak season times. Total maximum value of prize is $10,000 and applies to low-season travel. Any additional expenses must be worn by the winner; prize does not include travel insurance, visa fees (where applicable), additional taxes and surcharges that must be paid locally, and all other local costs incurred for food, entertainment, local transport etc. Prizes are valid until 30 November 2010 and must be redeemed at Au Revoir Travel in Mt Lawley by 31 May 2010 (WA Travel Agent Licence number 9TA407).

3rd Prize - Family Holiday Package to Bali
Prize is subject to availability and not valid for travel in peak season times. Total maximum value of prize is $5,000 and applies to low-season travel. Any additional expenses must be worn by the winner; prize does not include travel insurance, visa fees (where applicable), additional taxes and surcharges that must be paid locally, and all other local costs incurred for food, entertainment, local transport etc. Prize (where applicable) includes travel for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 3-11). Children 12 years or over are classified as adults.
